Request deletion of your data

How to request deletion

1. Submit the form on this page with the email used on your WoWSmS account (or the email linked to your Meta login).
2. Or email support@wowsms.in with subject line Data deletion request.
3. We will verify ownership of the account and process the request.
4. You will receive a confirmation when deletion is complete (or if we need more information).

What we delete

• Account profile details (name, email, phone, organisation)
• API keys issued for your account
• Message logs, campaign recipients, and related messaging records we store
• DLT / sender registration records tied to your account where legally allowed
• Data received from Meta / WhatsApp integrations for your user, where we are the data controller

What we may retain

We may keep limited records required by law or for fraud prevention, tax, billing disputes, or regulatory compliance (for example transaction references). Retained data is restricted and not used for marketing.

Timeline

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days of receiving a valid request. Complex cases may take longer; we will keep you informed.
